CHIEF INSTRUCTOR/FOUNDER CONDE ACADEMY
Sensei Conde began his martial arts training at a young age in the art of Judo. He went on to study Hok Lung Kung Fu as a direct lineage student under Sifu Wu Lam, where he was promoted to 4th level black sash in 1993. During the early 1990's Mr.Conde won several fighting and no holds barred competitions including Florida Kung Fu Championship and Campeonato De Lucha Libre.
In 1989, Sensei Conde began training Aikikai Aikido under Peter Bernath Shihan. In 1995 he was promoted to shodan (1st degree black belt) and in 1997 he was promoted to Nidan (2nd degree black belt) under the United States Aikido Federation and Hombu Dojo Japan. In 1999 Mr. Conde began to supplement his Martial Arts training by focusing on ground combative. He extensively studied Submission Grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo Ne Waza. Mr. Conde traveled throughout the world training under various high ranking Aikido, Jiu Jitsu Masters including Mitsunari Kanai, Ichiro Chibata and Seigi Sugano and Nobuyoshi Tamura.
Sensei Conde has also holds a shodan black belt in Judo and Instructor level in Siriat Knife Fighting, he has also extensively studied Kali, Chin Na and various knife fighting disciplines from Indonesia, Phillipines and Africa. During his study of the warrior mind, Mr. Conde studied Zazen (Japanese Meditation) under Roshi Phillip Kapleau one of the most recognized Zen teachers in the world.
Sensei Conde currently holds a rank of Sixth Degree Blackbelt in Aiki Combatives. He is the founder of Aikicom International, a federation focused on the evolution of Aiki Combat Arts and Real World Martial Arts.
Sensei Conde has operated in high risk environments as a Private Military Contractor and a S.W.A.T Law Enforcement Officer and Undercover Narcotics Agent. He has tested his martial arts training on the battlefield numerous times and is internationally recognized as one of the leading instructors in close quarter combat.
Sensei Conde continues to travel the U.S. and South America conducting combat training for law enforcement special operations and security teams. He remains active and is a highly decorated Law Enforcement Officer. He has been appointed to various task forces including the Multi-Agency Diversion Task Force and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (D.E.A.) combatting illegal trafficking of narcotics both domestic and internationally.
Sensei Conde has been featured on CBS, Univision and several talk radio shows throughout the world. His articles have been published in the U.S., U.K and South America. He currently is an adjunct instructor at the Criminal Justice Institute (Police Academy) focusing on Defensive Tactics and Firearms..

Instructor Alex's energy and enthusiasm is contagious, His commitment to the Conde Academy and to the combat arts is clearly shown through his skills. His dynamic approach to teaching make his classes a favorite amongst the Junior Warriors, Teens and Beginners. Instructor Alex is the senior ranked student in the Conde Academy. We are honored to have Sempai Alex as a Staff Instructor.

Instructor Justin's dedication to the dojo and positive energy comes through in all of his classes. Sempai Justin has completed the Instructor Certification Program and currently teaches adult beginner and junior warrior classes . His attention to detail and structured approach to teaching makes him a great asset to our dojo. We are honored to have Sempai Justin as a Staff Instructor.
